Our goal is to assist families with the time-consuming process of
finding and screening nannies, as well as assisting nannies with finding
and screening families. Matching families and nannies that are compatible
with each other is an important key to a successful placement, keeping in
mind that both will be working closely together in raising well-behaved,
well-adjusted children. We understand that with all the different
child-rearing philosophies, it is important to place a family with a
childcare provider who is capable of pursuing and advancing the philosophy
that the family chooses for themselves.
Our dual commitment and dedication to both families and nannies during
and after the placement process sets us apart from any other nanny agency.
We can assist families and nannies with providing and finding answers to
questions regarding family/nanny contracts, tax questions and information,
health insurance information and much more. Additionally, we also help
nannies network with other nannies in the area with children with similar
ages, as well as being a resource for child-friendly activities in the area.
Full-Time Nannies (both live-in and live-out) generally work 36 to 50 hours
per week. Part-Time Nannies generally work 4 to 35 hours per week, and
Summer Nannies generally work an average of 2 to 4 months over the summer
while children are out of school.
